...Puppies!
OK, so I am not 100% sure, but today is day 28 past her first breeding and Tap is definitely thicker around the waist, like she has a very HUGE poop in her intestines (but she doesn't.) Sorry for the graphics...But I am thinking on those terms after Spur ate too much deer hide (all that's left of the several carcasses scattered by coyotes on our hikes) and is actually passing big hairy gobs in his poops, making for interesting yard clean up!).
I did not try palpating her as I am not experienced and inexperienced hands can damage the fetuses, but I will have an ultrasound done next week. Fingers crossed for 7 pups!!!
Chip, don't go buying the cigars just yet...
